The conflict check runs before the client is saved, not after.
Before any new client is saved, the system compares the ID, iqama or commercial registration number, the phone, the email and the name with everyone in the firm's files. A match is shown to you to decide, so an existing client never gets a second record and a client who conflicts with another is never accepted unnoticed.
